Franklin Morocho
Franklin Morocho is the founder and leader of Quality Roofing, a small, honest and transparent roofing business.
I started off working with my dad as a debris cleaner. For one year I had a very important job: making sure every home we worked on was left spotless. Just because he was my dad didn't mean he made it easy for me. As a matter of fact, I always felt he was much harder on me than on my other teammates. Parents — we've got to love them!
I worked alongside my dad for a few years, removing and installing roofs and siding every single day. Not long after, I decided to go out on my own as a subcontractor for other roofing companies. Everything was going well. I had my own team and was roofing and siding every day. I couldn't ask for more — life was pretty good.
Over time, though, I started to feel unappreciated, and I did not agree with many of the unethical things happening at other roofing companies. To make a long story short, they cared more about filling their own pockets than about the well-being of their customers. Their mindset was, "I'm in business for three to five years, and then I'm gone." Honestly, homeowners don't have a good picture of roofers. We're known for taking customers' hard-earned money and disappearing — doing the job and then being nowhere to be found.
I realized it was time for a change, and I decided to build a roofing business different from any other out there. We give homeowners peace of mind that we are committed for the long run, not just the short term, along with exceptional customer service and a fully transparent experience. I believe customer service is what keeps a business running for the long haul, and making sure customers are happy and satisfied is what I believe in.
With that vision in mind, we have been — and still are — building a team that shares it and helps take care of our existing and future customers. When I started Quality Roofing, I decided to go all in and leased a storefront, so if anything ever happens, our customers know exactly where to find us. Over time, we have been able to serve hundreds of homeowners.
We are here to stay, and to serve our customers to the best of our abilities.

I highly recommend Quality Roofing for all of your projects!”
“Extremely happy and positive experience working with Quality Roofing. Franklin, Juan and his team were all very knowledgeable and responsive. Their prices were reasonable and the work was top notch. We had our roof replaced as well as the replacement of 6 skylights. I enjoyed the drone photos to show the progress of the work. They were done in 2 days - extremely quick and efficient. They were referred to me by my neighbors, who also had a positive experience. No complaints here. I would gladly use them again and refer them to anyone looking for a roofer.”
A Local New Jersey Roofing Company
Quality Roofing is a roofing contractor based in Kearny, New Jersey. We work on residential properties throughout our Northern New Jersey service area, handling roof replacements, roof repairs and gutter work for homeowners who want the job done properly rather than quickly.
We are a licensed New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor, license #13VH13428300. Homeowners can verify that license with the State of New Jersey before hiring us, and we encourage it.
How We Work
Our philosophy is simple: look at the roof, tell the homeowner the truth about its condition, and recommend the work that actually solves the problem. Sometimes that is a full replacement. Often it is a repair. We would rather do the smaller job honestly than the bigger job by pressure.
Every project starts with an inspection and ends with a cleaned-up work area. In between, you should always know what is happening on your roof, what it involves and why it is being recommended.
Roofing Expertise
We work on shingle roofing systems, flashing details, ventilation, roof decking and gutters and drainage — the full assembly, not just the visible surface. That matters in New Jersey, where freeze-thaw cycles, coastal wind and heavy snow all test different parts of the roof.
Our Service Area
From our base in Kearny we serve homeowners throughout Hudson, Bergen, Morris and Sussex Counties. Being local means we can get to your property, look at the roof and get back to you without a long wait.
