Quality Roofing

I had a really good experience with Quality Roofing from beginning to end. Franklin was the person I originally spoke with and he was always easy to communicate with and worked with me throughout the whole process. Juan was on site managing the project and kept me updated with pictures and messages every day, which I really appreciated. Once they opened up my old roof, they found cedar shake underneath and realized the main roof needed all new plywood before the new roof could be installed properly. Obviously that was something I wasn’t expecting and it increased the cost of the job, but they showed me exactly what was going on, explained why it was necessary, and worked with me on the additional cost and payment arrangement instead of putting pressure on me. Another thing I appreciated was when I realized the shingle color wasn’t as close to my existing roof as I wanted. I brought it up to Juan and there was no argument or attitude about it. They hadn’t installed much yet, so he told me no problem, they would remove what they had put down and get me a color that matched better. That meant a lot because they could’ve easily tried convincing me to just leave it. The crew worked hard, cleaned everything up at the end of each day, protected the roof when they weren’t finished, and Juan kept me informed the entire time. They also took care of a bird nest/opening I had mentioned and made sure the area was sealed up. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Roofing is a big expense and when unexpected things come up it can definitely be stressful, but Franklin, Juan and the crew made the process a lot easier. They were professional, respectful and most importantly they stood behind their work and took care of my concerns without giving me a hard time. Thank you Franklin, Juan and the whole Quality Roofing team. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get roofing work done.

Excellent work. Quality customer service. Highly recommend.

Quality roofing repaired my roof in a mammerly fashion. The workers were very polite as well as very professional. The owner and manager of Quality roofing are very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Quality roofing to anyone who may need them.

This roofing company exceeded my expectations in every way. They responded quickly, provided a clear estimate, and completed the job with precision. The team was courteous and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable roofing work.

Franklin and his crew did an amazing job installing new roof. The whole process was monitored and I was happy to see videos and pictures. It took 2days and site was cleaned up well. Franklin used to fix my old roof few times in the past, very reliable and honest person! Absolutely recommend this company!!!

I had a very positive impression throughout the entire process. Everything progressed in a calm and structured manner, which made it easy to stay confident. The final outcome was polished and clearly showed a high level of care.

I hired Quality Roofing for both my roof and balcony roofing. I did have an issue with my balcony fence and floor but I really appreciate that they took responsibility & came back and fixed the issue as soon as it was possible.

I waited a year to review to see how the roof would hold up and if there would be issues, but it's doing great! Franklin and his team did a great job and all in one day to finish the project. Although they had to come back and fix the flashing on my chimney, there was a torential downpour and leaked into the house, which was the only way of knowing that. I was happy with the communication and response he gave to make sure the project was completed to my happiness. I had to push for a few pieces of wood replacement, cause the foreman didn't change them out during the tear down, but was happy when it was replaced and looked good as new. I did appreciate the updates on the project as his crew took pictures of every step, so even when I was at work, I can see what's going on. I also asked to keep the remainder of the material in case I need any patch work, cause you never know, the workers almost took it home. I would hire Franklin and his team again for the overall success of the job and fairness in price.

Great experience from start to finish. Super professional, responsive, efficient. Everything you want in a contractor. The pics and videos they send during the job is a cool perk. I'll recommend them to anyone

Franco and the crew did a great job. I was very impressed with the level of attention I received. This was for a relatively small job but I feel that I received white glove service. Communication was crisp and precise, crew was tidy and respectful of property and work was performed is a high quality fashion. Also, their online phot gallery of before and after pictures and videos documents all of the work performed. I would highly recommend this company for any job, large or small or in-between.

Quality roofing is absolutely a top class company. Franklin and crew are the most professional roofing/construction company I have come across. From the very beginning of the process I could see that they are very thorough with how they do their estimates. I haven't seen a better laid our proposal calling out everything that is included in installation. During the install they exceeded the expectations again. Very professional with plenty pictures of the progress and kept me updated every step of the way. I will not hesitate to recommend Quality to anyone who is looking for a professional company with fair price for their roofing or siding projects.

I had a great experience with Quality Roofing. When Franklin came to me to provide an estimate, I found him to be very knowledgeable and he spent time with me to answer all my questions. He uses the complete GAF roof system and the best materials for a superior result. I found the price quote - which he stuck to - to be very fair. He communicated with me throughout the process. His team showed up on the day they said they would and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Every day they cleaned up the site when they were done for the day. When they completed the work, they cleaned up everything. I have an old house with steep roof pitches and that that had many layers of roofing on it. It wasn't an easy job, but the result is fantastic - the roof looks straight, crisp and clean. I would definitely use Quality Roofing again, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.

Quality Roofing - Excellent Roof Replacement Service I recently had Quality Roofing replace my entire roof, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and highly organized. The crew was very neat and clean throughout the project, ensuring that my property was left spotless each day. They used top-of-the-line materials, including a weather blocker system that provides extra protection against the elements. Their attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work really stood out. I highly recommend Quality Roofing for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled roofing company! *My favorite part was the idea that they took photos and videos from start to finish so we could watch the process without having to go on the roof.

Excellent, professional, reliable and reasonable. Really thankful to have gotten a referral to call Quality Roofing. The team is very professional. The quote was very reasonable to replace my entire roof. They did not try to overprice me then come down in price. It was very reasonable. The quality of work was 2nd to none. They were excellent. Day 1 they took before pictures of the entire site, covered and protected all delicate areas of my home, then began work on the roof. Torn down everything to the boards. Took pictures of every step and shared with me what they were going to do. We were informed of every step with pictures to prove what they did. All before and after pictures. Showed pictures of all certified roofing materials as well as the install. They must have taken at over 100 pictures and video. They cleaned up everything at days' end and left everything like no one has been there to work on the roof. The next day they started laying the roofing tiles and the gutters and were completed by end of day. Same as the day before took and shared pictures and ensured all was done to perfection! When they were finished it was as if they were never there. No nails on the ground, no garbage on the ground. My puppies appreciated it greatly! In the end we did a walk around and validated all was good. Juan was the project manager and he and his team were unbelievably great! They did everything they had promised and then more. I would recommend Quality Roofing to anyone needed professional roofing replacement. We are beyond happy with the work that was done. They have been the best contractors we have ever worked with.

Overall a great experience with this company. They did the roof and siding of our entire house, plus the framing for a dormer in our attic. They work real fast once at your home. They have a big crew. Everything looks beautiful! 😍

I’m sure that seeing a ‘bubble’ on your kitchen ceiling is never a welcome sight for any home owner! And yet what great experience we had with Quality Roofing from initial phone call, to free estimate, to on time show up for working, to cleanup after fixing our roof, to the final check by owner Franklin! Excellent service, communication with all questions answered in a timely manner, highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing experience. Quality Roofing came out to do an estimate for my roof replacement and they were very professional and knowledgeable about my needs. Start to finish I was able to understand the process and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The staff cleaned up the job site and the project manger did a double walk through to make sure everything was back to its original condition. I love the technology used to allow me to see photo status of my roof throughout the entire replacement. Payment was fast, safe and convenient! I would 100% recommend them and I would leave 6 stars if I could.

After having a problem with my roof that was done 2 years earlier from another company I contacted this company. Franklin reached out immediately and set a time to check it out for me. He took tons of pictures to show me what was wrong and even contacted the other company to see if they would correct the work that was messed up(they would not). Franklin sent me a quote with different options and price points and answered all questions that I had. The work was done quickly with pictures and videos sent to me all day. I cannot recommend this company and Franklin enough.

Excellent work by team. so cooperation and reliable price and on time quality work. I would love to do more business in future with the team and company
